We want to hear about anything Design Intuition or our website does that you didn't expect, don't like or wish to suggest an improvement on.

What information would you like me to include?

Please help us understand your problem, by including as much of the following information as you can and fill in our contact form. The more of this information you can include, the better our chances of fixing the problem quickly.

Required

Mac OS version
Right click on My Computer and selecting Properties. The window that opens is titled System Properties and in the General tab the OS information is listed under the System heading

Detailed description and the steps involved to reproduce the bug

Full crash report or error message (if applicable)
For crashing bugs: In the Finder, open the Applications folder, then open Utilities. Launch the Console app. In the File menu, choose Open Quickly, then ~/Library/Logs/, then CrashReporter, then choose the crash log of the particular version of Design Intuition you are using. In the window that appears, select the entire text and copy it into the copy buffer (Command-C). Paste it into our contact details box.

Processor speed and RAM
In the Apple menu, click on About this Mac. In the window that appears, click on the button labeled More Info. A new window will appear. In the pane on the right of this new window, select all the text and copy it into the copy buffer (Command-C). Paste this into our contact details box.

In the Apple menu, click on About this Mac. In the window that appears, click on the button labeled More Info. In the next window that appears, click on Graphics/Displays. What should a bug report look like?

Careful, explicit instructions about what you did to make the bug occur. Include the version of Design Intuition you were using (eg "beta 17") and details about your computer (OS, version, service packs, anything else you deem relevant).

Also, it helps us track things, if you limit each email to only one bug.

In reporting bugs, is it okay to be brutally honest?

Yep.

No need to go out of your way to be brutal, but we need to hear from you what's really going on.
